SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States only.

ORDER PROCESSING

In-stock orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order and print-on-demand products generally require approximately 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products, package weight, and fulfillment location.

Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $150 or more.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 5–8 business days after an order has been produced and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Some products may be fulfilled from different locations. As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and have separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@culturayraices.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or production.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at info@culturayraices.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photographs when applicable so we can investigate and assist you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International checkout is temporarily unavailable. We plan to expand shipping availability in the future.
